Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage Ingenious Nexus uses, and how you control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. Some are essential for a site to work; others are optional and need your agreement.
2. What we use today
We currently use only strictly necessary storage. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party tracking scripts. If that ever changes, those cookies will stay off until you switch them on, and this page will list them first.

3. Categories
- Strictly necessary: needed for sign-in, security and remembering your choices. They can't be switched off in our settings, but you can block them in your browser (the app won't work without them).
- Functional: would add optional conveniences such as embedded help widgets. Not used today; off unless you agree.
- Analytics: would measure how the site is used. Not used today; off unless you agree.
- Marketing: would personalise or measure advertising. Not used today; off unless you agree.
4. Your choices
On your first visit we ask what you'd like to allow. "Reject optional" is as easy as "Accept all", nothing optional is pre-selected, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or here:
We keep a record of the choice made in your browser (a random identifier, the choices, this policy's version and the time) for 12 months, so we can show what was agreed. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Changes to this document
We'll update this document when our services or the law change, and show the new version number and date at the top. For material changes affecting account holders we'll also notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
